Goal: Improve diagnosis and repair so motors are rewound only when necessary, reducing the rewinding share from 45% to 25%.

Main result: Quarterly savings were €27,241; planned annual savings were €81,637.

Goal: Reduce internal findings in refurbished DC motors from 60% to 25% through sustainable quality control.

Main result: Internal findings fell from 60% to 24.24%; the 5S target was achieved at 92.5%.

Goal: Increase machine storage capacity by at least 30%, halve retrieval time and save €5,000 annually.

Main result: Machine storage capacity rose from 80 to more than 124 machines (+55%).
