Main result: Changeover time fell from 6 h 15 min to 2 h 15 min, an improvement of approximately 64%.

Goal: Reduce casting changeover time through fewer internal operations and better external preparation.

Main result: Changeover time fell from 6 h 39 min to 2 h 27 min, an improvement of 63%.

Goal: Create a shared system of current packaging instructions to reduce repacking incidents by 90% by September 30, 2026.

Main result: A shared packaging instruction management system was implemented.
