The platform may allow users to enter external email addresses for corrective actions, escalations or operational notifications, even when the recipient does not have a registered account. The user entering the email is responsible for its accuracy and legitimacy.

The platform may send operational emails, reminders, security notices, workflow alerts, product updates, module announcements and platform-related communication. Essential operational and security messages may still be sent when needed.

6. Company Data

Companies may configure logos, zones, departments, workflows, dashboards and organizational structures. These are used for access control, reporting and platform functionality.

Users are responsible for uploaded files, photos, comments, audit evidence, corrective actions and operational notes. Content must be lawful, appropriate and authorized.

9. AI and Automation

AI-assisted features may support analytics, recommendations and automation. AI outputs are supportive only and do not replace business, quality, safety or compliance decisions.
